Nationwide Flooring Contracts delivered a comprehensive flooring package for Uniqlo Bristol, supporting the fit-out of one of the retailer’s flagship UK locations. The project required extensive subfloor preparation and the installation of multiple flooring finishes, all completed to the high standards expected within a premium retail environment.
The works began with a robust programme of subfloor preparation, including the application of an epoxy damp proof membrane, specialist repair mortars, and over 2,000m² of primer and 3mm latex levelling compound to create a smooth, stable foundation for the final finishes. Careful planning and attention to detail throughout this phase ensured the flooring installation could be delivered efficiently while meeting the project's demanding specification.

A range of finishes were then installed across the store, including entrance matting, luxury vinyl plank flooring, wall and floor ceramic tiles, stair nosings, and transition trims. Each element was selected to balance durability, functionality, and visual appeal, helping to create a seamless customer experience throughout the retail space.
The completed project showcases our ability to manage complex retail fit-outs, combining technical expertise, quality workmanship, and coordinated delivery to create flooring solutions that perform in high-footfall commercial environments.
